Oh Wow, they got the good ones, Boneless...the boneless rectums are hard to find around here.
Don't you just hate dealing with all those pesky rectum bones while eating?
I will admit to having consumed some "different" pork parts in my life , I am Southern and Cajun, and at a boucherie not much of a hog goes to waste but chitterlins and rectums is going to be where the line gets drawn. Even us Cajuns don't eat rectums, boneless or otherwise.
