Spent ½ an hour with the leaf blower cleaning off the back deck. Then I noticed I blown some the gunk onto the inside mat next to the door. So why not? Stepped into the house aimed the nozzle outside and let rip. It worked like a charm. Then my inner GUY came out. I decided that a leaf blower would be the perfect laborsaving device for cleaning the fridge cooling vents and all those nasty areas alongside and behind the stove and fridge.
I managed to do two hour nasty job in less than five minutes. At times I can't help but be awed by myself;). Sometimes living alone is kind of OK.

Good job of multi tasking! :) If your leaf blower is a electric it also comes in handy for quick drying a car/truck after a wash.

Half an hour later, I'm still giggling at the thought, and imagining the unrestrained havoc my husband will get up to when I'm gone.

Thanks for the laugh (till I cried). :) You have no idea how much I needed it.

I use my electric leaf blower to blow the dust and dirt particles out of the replaceable HEPA filter in the vacuum cleaner.You can get several more months before replacement. Yes of course I take the filter out of the canister and bring it outside. Almost set myself up for that one.
 
Those leaf blowers work very well drying off motorcycles also. Just wash them and then dry them and all the water spots disappear.

So how do you guys dry your cars after you wash them? And get all the water out of the nooks, crannies, and cladding?
 
Leaf blower for Snow removal....... up to 2 " of the light flaky stuff!!!!!

right down to snow free concrete

Lake effect snow off Erie is generally light an fluffy and lays down 1/2 to 2 inches by the time it gets to "The Burbs of the Burg"


My "leaf" blower gets more use Dec-March than the snowblower or shovel .

Also use mine to sweep the garage!!!!!!
