Ticketmaster settlement
I posted this in the lounge, but you drifters seem to be a concert going lot, so heads up:
If you bought tickets through Ticketmaster between October 1999 and February 2013, you should have vouchers in your account, as a settlement for excess fees.
My account has vouchers for free tickets to a select list of shows, to repay overcharges to Broadway show tickets I've bought from them.
I posted this in the lounge, but you drifters seem to be a concert going lot, so heads up:
If you bought tickets through Ticketmaster between October 1999 and February 2013, you should have vouchers in your account, as a settlement for excess fees.
My account has vouchers for free tickets to a select list of shows, to repay overcharges to Broadway show tickets I've bought from them.

Rainy day here today. Kinda' cool out compared to last two
days but the talking heads are still saying good chance of
possible stronger storms tonight.
Watching the noon local News and on the bottom of the screen
they run a scroll about whats "trending".
Today this was one of the messages:
"Several sightings along Iowa roads of "Men in Black"....???
I know there's a few of you drifters from the Corn state.
What's up with that?

As many know, Nashville is concert central. There are Giant concerts here almost weekly. Every type from top rock artist to top country and everything in between. Everybody's tours come to Nashville.
I saw on the news this morning about the so called FREE tickets. People are raising cane! Saying its a scam.
Saying they are offering just a few concerts and little artists and most are at our Local Outdoor Amphitheater only? And some say they were given a voucher number that keeps showing invalid? They are totally pissed off, saying they're so called FREE tickets are just a scam and ticket master says a free concert is a free concert? Take what your offered? They say it's legal? The Judge just said free tickets, didn't say it had to be equal or better than you bought?
They say they are going to protest and boycott at ticket master locations?
I'd be MAD too, if I had been way over charged for top name artist concerts and offered a no name outdoor concert as a repayment!
So I guess we'll see how it plays out!

It's Hot!
Can't wait till Wifey gets our Electricity Bill! AC blasting for weeks, me and Grandson taking two showers a day, because of the hot and humid weather, running hot water. Her washing and drying tons of towels and our sweaty clothes.

Ticketmaster says they need two weeks to compile a full list of shows.
So far, there is nothing on the list that is nearby, that I want to see.
I'm not holding my breath until I see a show on these vouchers.
