S&W Pistol Rebates Coming?

OK I am thoroughly FRUSTRATED with S&W's On-Line Rebate form. I can fill everything in but when I choose the file from my computer which is Bud's invoice showing when I purchased it, I attempt to upload it on the form and the message on the site states "No File Uploaded"
What the heck am I doing wrong? My PDF file is only 65 KB in size so it is the right file format and the right size.
Time is dwindling!

Just got an email update from Smith and Wesson rebate. They apologize for the delay in sending rebates. They were overwhelmed. If you submitted in April, shoud get the rebate no later than 7/7. If submitted May, no longer than 7/31. Signed Matt Buckingham, prez.

Yep, I got the same e-mail. It also has a link where you can check on the status.
Oh good god now every single person is going to reply that they got the same email. It was a mass email folks! To everyone who has submitted for a rebate!! Don't think you're special for getting it! Everyone did

I must be special, then—because I have not received this email. It's not in my SPAM folder, either. I do, however, show up on the rebate's website, which is good.
I feel special when a company like S&W takes great care of their customers.

Add me to the email recipients. Funny thing is that when I follow the link to check status, I'm not there. Oh welll, at least someone knows that I applied for the rebate.
I turned in 2 rebates and they were real quick to let me know that one of them was 2 days before the rebate date and they would not let it go through. I was going to purchase a third one for my son for his birthday but decided not to give smith & wesson any more of my money and purchased a sig320 compact for his birthday.
See if I understand this correctly...you are P 0ed at S&W because they will not pay you a rebate that you don't deserve and was not in effect on the day you purchased one of your firearms.....Have I got that correct ????
Nope not pissed at them for it. they sent it back 2 weeks later saying they would not honor it. Both rebates sent in same envelope, so they got both at same time. They could have sent the rebate for the other one with the denied rebate at the same time.
I filed prob a bit over a month ago and still doesn't show on the Milano website submitted everything again yesterday and got the email and now this..!!
It looks like this time it went through

Try sending your receipt to your "cloud" option when you save it and then when you submit your rebate form check the box that says something like" retrieve receipt from cloud".
That's how I had to do it and it went through with no problem and they got it.

Very, very, very disappointed in S&W.
I submitted my rebate in April 2017. Recently received notification that folks who did this in April would get their rebate NO LATER THAN July 7th. OK- - the mailman just left and it is July 10th. No rebate. Nothing.
Are these rebate checks coming from lower Australia, by raft? I thought they were coming from the midwest.... If I see a bulk mailing postage on the eventual letter, it will be a clear sign that S&W managers really don't care about expediting true customer service. I pretty much want to say, "Tap, I'm out."
Plus, the S&W M&P 40 S&W I discover has a rear sight jammed in so hard by the factory that only way to remove it to solve the grittiness of the firing pin safety plunger is by cutting/destroying the rear sight.
And the manual says that the front sight is the sight to adjust for zero. I'll be darned if I could get it to move. Plus, the S&W M&P brand new pistol shoots 6" to left at 10-feet.
The S&W trigger pull is the worst I have purchased. Machining around the firing pin safety is definitely all low-bid. Rough machining edges abound according to on-line discussion, and my brand-new pistol has the same feel.
What a mess. This was my first S&W purchase; I'm a gunsmith that has previously focused on rifles. I can't imagine purchasing another S&W product. I so regret this one. Yes, the promise of a rebate lured me in. Now, their customer service for their rebate program is a mess. Don't count on seeing your rebate in your lifetime.
Do you see that you will need to spend the rebate on a new rear sight? Plud, Unless you are a gunsmith, you are going to have to pay a gunsmith a couple of dozen dollars to push out the rear sight in order to salvage the trigger pull.

EDIT: but I WILL state that I deposited $225.00 from S&W in my bank today. All six of mine run like sewing machines and I have -0- smithing knowledge and 2 years in the shooting sport itself but with minimal tools I am able to do anything to my pistols.
