Hey guys. I just got my new shield 45 last week and I absolutely love it. I bought it to use as my EDC, but cant seem to find a holster for it at my lgs. Loads of em available for the 9/40, but nothing for the 45. Any suggestions on a good iwb holster for this beast? I was looking at a wethepeople holster, but I imagine theres got to be some other good options out there.

I got a good'n from fleaybay cheap, like it so much I got another one, and it fits my 638 IWB kidney.
I use a Lobo Leather Enhanced Pancake holster with my Shield 45 and couldn't be happier. It snugs up tight to the body at "2:30 or 3:00" and rides there unnoticed all day.

I bought a Stealth gear Ventcore holster for my Shield 9mm. It also fits my Shield 45 perfectly.
Any belt slide holster for a 1911 will work perfectly with a Shield.......That's how I carry mine.

MTR Custom holsters make very fine leather products and one of their Ulticlip can be used for beltless carry. The last time I used customer service it was outstanding.
Don Hume lists 5 holsters for the M&P Shield 45, and they are all under $40.
I use the H715-M WCS for my EDC and highly recommend the holster for IWB carry.

Just got a Shield 45, myself. Bought a Muddy River Tactical (put those 3 words together and add a .com). Fits just right. $35 + tax. One of the best aspects is a tab of leather that sticks up behind the slide as a sweat protector. Also protects me from the ridges on the slide. Yes, it fits fine under a t shirt.

I sold my Shield .45 awhile back and still have a Wright Leatherworks Cruiser IWB holster that never did more than sit in my safe if your interested in it send me a message and I will dig it out.

Carry mine in a Don Hume IWB, have 2 actually, one in Brown and one in Black.
mine fits in the 9mm shield holster too. Lee
