Music that I enjoy

Music
The music, that I enjoy, is widely diversified. My first memory of music is; beautiful church hymns. My love of music, quickly expanded to include; opera, Classic, music, soothing, ballads, country, bluegrass, jazz, blues, classic guitar, orchestra, banjo, marching -band, harmonica, The list go on, and on.
I’ll now make a statement, and try to explain why I don’t enjoy Rock & roll music.; I fear this will t alienate many of my cyber friends; I closely link, rock & roll, music and narcotics. We lost our youngest son because of a motorcycle accident, caused by a marijuana peddler.
When I became the owner of our son’s car, after his death, and started driving it, In the car, I found our son’s collection of rock & roll tapes. I decided to honor him by trying to learn to enjoy listening to those tapes. I tried, my darnedest, for about a year, but never succeeded.
I’ll say that rock & roll, has a rousing tempo, but most of the lyrics, and themes, are repulsive to me, as, well as, that of rap, that I won't even call music

The "I Need Never Grow Old" video caught me completely off guard and blindsided me as I was not familiar with it.

Not only was the piece well played, well engineered and well arranged but it was freakin' infectionously clever.
