Anyone else here having issues with Crimson Trace suddenly not being able to ship warranty items via UPS? I had a green grip laser - new direct from CT that the activation button would just not work at random. Contacted their customer service they ask for the serial number and said "oh, we will just ship you a new one". That was 20 days ago - UPS ground shows the replacement as returned to Crimson Trace due to hazmat issues.
After 20 minutes on hold with their customer service team yesterday I was told that UPS suddenly for no reason was returning all their products that were in transit to customers and retailers. Said even their wholesale accounts were impacted. Also had a new Red laser grip for my Model 65 inbound and it too was shipped UPS ground then tracking shows returned to them as having a hazmat issue.
I know they seemed to have gone down hill a bit with the S&W buy out and COVID but this seems very odd.
