Does anyone shoot anything other than 9mm?

I shoot and load for 9mm, 10mm, .380, .38spl, .357, .40 and .45.
10mm, .40 and .45 are my preferred rounds.

To which I would add, most 9mm shooters are also the guys who leave the range a stinking mess for someone else to clean up! 😡

Unfortunately at my range that seems to be the norm regardless of the caliber of the firearms being fired. Another faux pas is that many also leave their old targets on the backers at whatever distance they last shot.

Getting back on topic I recently got a great deal on this very clean Springfield Ronin Commander 9mm. Made some small changes, now have 200 flawless rounds through it, my new warm weather carry.

In addition to my various carry or competition handguns in 9MM I shoot the following calibers but not as regularly:

44Mag (SW M29)
44 Special (Charter Arms Bulldog)
.45ACP (IBA MEUSOC, Colt LWC, SW645, SW4516, custom build Ithaca slide on Essex frame, HK USP45Tac, HK USP45C)
40SW (HK USP40F, G23)
.357Sig (SA XD)
.357Mag (SW M19 6”, 2 1/2”)
.38Spcl (SW M49, 642)
.380ACP (Berretta M84, Mauser HSC)
.22Mag (High Standard derringer)
.22L (NAA dingle action mini-revolver).

9mm
.38 Spl
.357 Sig
.44 Spl
.45ACP

At least when it comes to handgun calibers. I got rid of .380ACP, 357 Mag and .40 S&W a number of years ago. I just can’t let the .357 Sig go…

I shoot quite a bit.

9mm, .45 ACP, .22lr, .40 S&W, .223/5.56, .308, 7.62x39, and a smattering of .22 magnum, .380 and .32 ACP.

I shoot MOSTLY 9mm due to cost, in my compact Tokarev, Hi power Clones, CZ-75 clones, & Stribog Carbine.
Plus a good bit of 9x18 in my Makarovs. Less .45 acp now days - In 1911's, & my S&W N frame 1917/37 DA.
Shoot a bit of 38 spl, .357, .380, short 38 S&W, .32 acp in my1912 Savage. + 22LR in my top break H&Rs.
My Rifles are 22LR, 7.62X39, & 7.62X54R. Shooting much less due to advancing age & economy.

I shoot 22lr, 9mm, 40 S&W, and 45acp pistols and 38spl, .357 magnum, and 45acp revolvers. I alternate range days between pistols and revolvers, pick up my reloadable brass, and reload for everything except 22lr.
I also shoot 22lr, 30-06, and 45-70 rifles and 16 and 20 gauge shotguns and reload for all except 22lr.
Occasionally I'll pop a few rounds off with my 32acp Savage 1907 just for giggles but don't reload for it.

These days I shoot more 9mm than anything else but...shooting only 9mm would be boring and limiting.

Revolvers and revolver cartridges still have a lot to offer.

.40 S&W and .357 Sig are about the only quasi mainstream rounds I don’t shoot. I’ve owned pistols in both calibers, however.

22, 5.7, 22mag, 32 auto, 380, 9mm, 40, 10, 45, 41mag, 44mag, 38/357mag, 45Colt, 556, 762, 300BO, 45/70, 25-06.

I think that’s it. No 45gap, no 357SIG.

We used to make anything you could imagine. .256 Newrton, .38X46 rimmed (wildcat). Even a round ball in a case for .38X46 for a gallery load. Brother passed and all his reloading stuff went to Greentop in Richmond, Va. His wife hates me and the feeling is mutual after she decided I could not sell a vehicle my brother gave to me because it was scrap metal and I resurrected it. She sold it two days after he passed after I spent 100 hours and $1500 on the resurrection.
Yesterday I took two new calibers recently purchased, 9x18 and 45 ACP along with a Chief's 38 special to make sure they were shooting to point of aim with fixed sights. 5 rounds in two and ten in one and everything was fine, no more ammo necessary.
The 45C H&K is the most accurate, closely followed by the PPKS, then the Mod 36, but all 3 are fine for their purpose. 44 Mag for the Marlin lever action and 22 for some cheap target practice occasionally. I pay the indoor range $16 to shoot but still hate to waste ammo especially the 44Mag which I can't shoot at the indoor range.
My 1923 era M&P target may be the next trip to the range with some mild 38 specials loads. It may be the most accurate gun I own unless the K22 decides otherwise.
Ammo inventory is close to 100 pounds, mostly 22.

Never like 9mm. I shoot 45acp fromy colt 1912 and 32 20 front colt SAA from 1907.

I also have a 22lr plinkers. I know have a couple of S&W revolvers in 357 mag

NATO round, which can make it possible to find some extra rounds if you need them. Maybe just pick up someone else's gun they won't be using.

I rarely ever shoot 9MM.

40S&W, 10MM, 357 mag, 44 mag, and I recently acquired a 454 casull chambered revolver I shoot some. As often as the 44 anyways.

Of course, my .22s are a favorite to shoot.

I'm a dinosaur revolver guy since the '70's. I often invite other shooters to shoot my revolvers if they like. Many don't know how a revolver works. Most try to pull the trigger without cocking the hammer on a single action. I'm talking about younger guys into their mid 30's. This just happened last week with 2 guys, and they were cops. Doesn't matter what caliber I'm shooting (usually .44's and 45 Colt), it's the platform that they're totally unfamiliar with.

38 WC, SWC, and Winchester 110gr Silvertips (own a lot of those). Some 44 special. Lots of 22LR. Recently, 9mm as I have an RXM and take it to my club range along with my 3913. I reload 38 and 44, but not 9mm, it's always cheaper than reloading (these days).

I'm shooting mostly .22s right now. About 4 years ago I had a retinal hemorrhage in my right eye that created floaters that resembled the patches on a Holstein cow. During my rehab to convert to sighting with my left eye I stayed with .22s to get back into shooting shape rather than shoot up a lot of expensive centerfire ammunition that would be going who knows where.
