CZ SP-01 with an extra mag. My situation is very unique, I don't carry on my body. Many many years ago I broke my neck (motorcycle) which left me riding a wheelchair. The good news I can carry petty much any full size pistol I want under my seat cushion.

If I go outside around the house it's a 1.0 M&P 9MM PC 5" with a Holoson dot optic on it.

If I go for a drive for any reason it's a Shield Plus with a Holoson K series (because it uses the same magazines as the Equalizer my wife carries. My wife is unable to remember to carry extra magazines for longer vehicle trips so my extra Shield Plus mags. can be used by her if needed.

If not for that I'd be carrying my CZ P07 .40.

Today? Well, first I consider which vehicle I'll be using. Sunny skies, dry roads temps in the 80's, so I'll be motorcycling to meet a riding buddy for lunch, not far just 15 miles. Next is caliber and capacity that are comfortable with my riding gear. I've decided to go with 40 S&W then lastly, which gun. My 40 carry pieces are usually the Shield 40 or Kahr K40 Covert. The Shield fits snuggly in an OWB hip holster but it's exposed while sitting on the bike, no big deal but walking into a restaurant it shows too much. The Kahr fits snuggly in a high rise pan cake holster, not exposed while riding nor while in the restaurant. It's looking like the Kahr is today's piece. When I return home, I'll just stuff the Shield 9mm in the rear pocket and be done with it.

Front pocket carry most always. And most always the Kahr PM9 with Crimson Trace laser, DeSantis pocket holster. Sometimes it’s my Weigand 4PJ Executive built on a 642. (I do like 7 available shots over 5 shots.)

When hiking or camping I carry a 2& 1/2” model 19 in a shoulder carry. I am also allowed to carry my 4” 629 in a shoulder holster. Didn’t think that one would be approved?

I can't seem to shake off my trusty old Airweight .38. If I'm traveling somewhere, I might tote a little more gun, or at least have it in the car, as a backup, with some extra ammo, but 99% of the time, I feel safe ( not to mention comfortable!) with a humble J-frame, in a pocket holster.

I have 2, it’s either my S&W 36 snubby in leather IWB holster. I have an Uncle Mike’s pocket holster coming for it. If not that, it’s my Stoeger STR-9MC w/ red dot in a kydex IWB holster, 11 or 13 rd mag.

Today I’m wearing my summer CC, a Glock27 with std short mag. We’re traveling in my car, so there’s a Glock 19c with spare mag under the drivers seat. And a Beretta Storm 9mm carbine, three high cap mags, in the luggage compartment. I leave a spare 27 mag in the glove box of my wife’s car, and my Glock 20, with spare mag under the seat. The Glocks are all stock except for their light gathering night sites. All Cajun approved.
