The 10-stamp series announced on Thursday celebrates some of the troupe’s most iconic characters and catchphrases, from “Nudge, nudge” to “The Lumberjack Song.”

Palin said he was “very glad to share a stamp with the nude organist!”

I thought the RMS was privatized several years ago. Maybe the government still prints the stamps and leaves the delivery to the private corp?

Not to mention 'The Young Ones'. I guess I have enough genetic material in me from The Isles thanks to Mom's side of the family to enjoy Brit humor. Always liked their police procedurals like 'Foyle's War' and 'Prime Suspect' as well.

I can see a fawlty tower from here.... I adore British comedy.. have since I was a little kid... Monty Python, Black Adder, Young Ones, Mr Bean... I too would love a poster of the stamps...
