Wanna impress your buddies?

I like it.

Fortunately, I'm in the position where I'll never have to worry about spending $125K on a gun - ain't gonna happen.

But if it was on the Wall of Guns at my local NRA dinner and my ticket got pulled, I'd take it home!

I admire the skill, but do not appreciate the artwork, it is just a personal thing. I ever become a big-city pimp, I might have to have one; gold finish please with some inset jewels. (real of fake)

Then don't buy it. It's made for artwork, not a working gun. Embrace your High Points, sir.

Art is in the eyes of the beholder.

Behold this most custom "Hi Point."

Without the engraving, that gun sells for $6-7K. Again, the gun is unfinished, allowing the buyer to choose what finish to use.

I'm amazed at the arrogance at many of you. Rather than saying, "Not my cup of tea", it becomes "You're a moron if you buy that."

S&W has a large collection of Tiffany-engraved models. Yet every one of them sold. None of them probably got shot either. No doubt you believe they're a "waste of a perfectly good gun" too?

Where did anyone say "You're a moron if you buy that"?

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Apparently a lot of people don't see the beauty there that you do.

I don't recall saying *I* was enamored with the $125K gun, did I? No, I did not.

I see beauty in a lot of things I personally would not own. I appreciate the hard work in hand engraving, fitting & finishing on many guns that I would not buy (or could afford to).

Nor do I haunt a thread simply to voice my displeasure on a firearm. If *I* don't like it, *I* simply exit the thread & leave it to others tpo admire. See how easy that is?

handejector, I think if I took it to my gun club's range, the members there would probably take it away from me and beat me to death with it.
