New 4" N Frame Texas Jock Strap Holster I Made...PICS
Here is a Holster I just finished for a 4" N Frame. It is made from Hermann Oak 8-9oz Veg Tanned Leather.I did everything by Hand from start to finish.Let me know what You Guys think...
Thanks Bill,I am working on a 6.5" N Frame Texas Jock Strap right now for a Customer. They are my favorite style of Holster but they take a TON of work.
I bought the carved holster for the 4 in n frame. That Alex had for sale recently.Beautiful work perfect fit for my mountain gun. This one looks even better.
I have three of Alex's holsters now and two that will be here soon. Every bit of his work is great and Alex is great to work with. When the next two come in I will put everything together and post some photos here.

Thanks for the kind words Jim,You are a pleasure to deal with also.
You might be interested in this, I hang out here sometimes; Leatherworker.net, great place to learn stuff or just look at some beautiful leather work. There's some other forum members that pop up there from time to time.

I have done a lot of reading and learning on that Forum.I learned Leather Working on my own so it was a big help.
Here is some more of Alex's work. I think these are great. What started off with just getting one holster for a pre model 30 end up as 5 new holsters.
Alex I want to that you for building these for me.
Now I'm headed over to my buddies, I love seeing him (another Smith Collector) when he is green with envy
