Some recomendations for your website,
A brief description of each holster should be added under their specific page. For example, I see that you have different styles of holsters shown under your covert holster line, what makes these different? I don't like one style shown, and have know idea which one I would get when you show differnt styles for the same Covert line. More info about your loops and clips would be nice. Unless I missed it, Your website doesn't specify what size belt the IWB loops will work with. This should be specified under the specific IWB link. It would also be nice to have an option in which style we would like, pancake, standard, clip, etc... With any holster you sell. I am in the market for a new holster, and these are a few things I am looking for. The less options I see available the faster I find another supplier. I see you are from Pa., As am I, and I would love to support a local buisness. As you know there are now a lot of people and companies making kydex products, If the info I mentioned above was available it would help me make my decision on who I would buy from.

The issue I usually have with holster makers, in general, is choice, or lack of choice, of how the holster attaches to a belt, or other carrier. I want choice. And, the ability to change. I'd like to see makers produce something that can be adaptable to different wearing options by allowing the attachment point to be changed. I have an IWB holster that I like. It could be an OWB holster, as well, if I could just change where the clip attaches. Can't do that. I have to have one holster for IWB and a different holster for OWB. I'd also like more choice in the type of attachment. Sometimes, I like belt loops. Sometimes, I like J-clips. Sometimes, I want a C-clip. Some makers offer screw-on clips, which could be changed, but then only sell one type of clip. So, give me more choices. And, oh yea.. stop charging $80 bucks for $5 bucks worth of Kydex.

The number one thing I'd like to see all holster manufacturers do is have pics of the holster being worn on the belt by a person. You can tell squat
(high ride, low ride, cant, size, etc) about a holster with close up pics of just the holster.

LeftHanded Holsters
It appears that nearly ALL manufacturers of holsters either: - fail to show a LEFTHAND holsters in different styles, on their website, or
- IF showing a lefthanded holster on the webpage, it IS ONLY a reversed image(photoshopped image) of a Righthanded holster.
The above makes it very difficult to shop for a "quality" holster when the manufacturer is too cheap/lazy to show the actual product for lefthanded shooters.

I have to follow up on this by stating that it indeed has changed how I have shopped since 1986 (my first LH holster purchase). The lack of actual LH images has driven me to higher end holsters. While not a lower quality solution, it sure eliminated many considerations while shopping.
I ended up with a better product, however lazy producers failed to impress me and failed to acquire my business. Be it as it may, you reap what you sow. I wish I could support you folks...
