Default Holster Recommendation: Model 24-3

I have a 3-inch Model 24-3, which I'd like to start carrying concealed. IWB would be a wonderful thing, but I suspect I'd need to lose some weight first. So, does anyone have suggestions for a holster that would conceal well for that revolver?

Thanks.

A lot of it depends on what sort of clothing you routinely wear. A shoulder holster conceals well, and is easy to get too while seated, at least compared to some others. If concealment is your primary issue that is certainly worth thinking about. I successfully conceal fairly large weapons in a behind-the-strong-side hip belt holster usually a simple pancake. I wear a T-shirt with some sort of image on it (today it is a wolf) with a loose button-front shirt, unbuttoned, as a cover-up. in the climate where I live that works fine about ten months out of the year.

I am quite happy with the pancake that O'Rourke made for my 325. Based on other experience, I know that Lobo would do just as well. DeSantis, if they are still in business, is also in the same league, and has a safety strap, if that's your idea of a good time.

All three work great.

Will a holster listed as being sized for a 624 work for the 24-3?

A Milt Sparks summer special may be just what you are looking for. The Lobo IWB looks like a excellent rig also. Mark
