Foxx Holster Comfort Backing??

I have it on my iwb hybrid holster. It's not bad. But usually the only part that touches my skin is the top. I just ordered a iwb hybrid magazine holder and got it without the comfort backing for that reason. Usually there's a layer of clothes between my skin and most of the holster. I like it on my 45s holster. Just don't know how much of a difference it makes. It's not cheaply done. It's quality and seems to hold up well

I don't have the comfort pad on mine & it's still quite comfortable. As mentioned by swar45, I usually have a layer of clothing between me & the holster anyways. But even in summer when all I have is a T-shirt it doesn't chafe or rub.
When I got mine, I took some pretty fine sandpaper to the leather backing to smooth out the backing that would be touching my skin and then cleaned up the edge by burnishing it a bit more.
