There are no caliber specific dump pouches that I have ever seen, they are all .38/.357. There is only .042" difference in Max. LOA between .38 Spl. and .357 Magnum, hardly enough to require different sizes!
Over the years I have had a few custom made dump pouches for .38 Spl. and even if the .357 cartridges are initially somewhat tight, after a few moments of "playing and messaging" the leather, .357's will fit. After moderate use with Magnums, the pouch will stretch to accommodate them without a struggle.
Off the rack pouches will fit both the .38 Spl and Magnum cartridges as I would guess that the Makers make them purposely for use with either cartridge. After all, the length is only slightly different and leather stretches.
