Another "Who made this Holster?" thread!***PIC ADDED***
I picked this up for $10 online. A 5" N frame (.38-44) fits in it. I like this floral work.
Best,
Charles

Maybe a replica of Myres Askins Border Patrol. The carving is nice, but
the rest isn't quite up to the quality of a real Myres, in my opinion. Of
course I have been wrong before.

I'm going to call it ***me made'. The rivet on the rear (note the serrated head) has been part of my own hardware collection; and because of that I know it is what is called a 'split rivet' -- the business end is split to be bent outwards like a banana peel. Often used on capgun holster sets, never used on real holster sets). Add to that, the caps of the snaps (called buttons) on the rear have flat centres; this happens when they are set by hand without the best tools; again never happens out of a factory.
(That's funny, the forum won't let me use an every day word for "made at your house"; note the asterisks :-)

Thanks for the info. It is a nice holster for the price. The stitching looked a little crude to be a factory job. But, I really like it nonetheless!

I had a post the other day and mentioned a Small of back
holster. The abbreviation for Small Of Back was x'd out.
Very diligent filter!
