HOW TO CLEAN SUEDE? UPDATE
Been looking for a IWB for my 2"K Frame, and finally found one.
It is a vintage suede leather inside waist band by Bianchi. Has
the black clip with the star, so I believe it is kinda old?
I usually clean used vintage holsters when I get them, but have
never cleaned suede. Can anyone tell me how to clean a suede
holster.
It isn't here yet, but I will show photos when it gets here.
Thanks.

There are various suede cleaners on the market, but I just use a stiff brush.

Try a big, gum eraser for stains. The soft, tan type.

Believe it or not, I use Baby Wipes saturated with Witch Hazel. It cleans up pretty well and sometimes use a brass brush after the suede has dried. I doubt the Witch Hazel will remove really stubborn stains and for that I'd try Tuff-stuff (foam cleaner) sold in Auto Parts stores. That stuff is incredible! I use a brush with the TS also.

Corn Starch
This is what a lady friend uses to clean her suede jacket.
Apply - let it sit overnight - gently brush off

Thanks for the suggestions. I picked up a can of spray Tough Stuff
today. Now all I need is the holster. It's supposed to be here this
Saturday. I'll take some before and after pictures.

Another disappointment. The suede Bianchi IWB arrived, but it does not
fit the snub K Frame as advertised. Perfect fit for a J Frame, so i will
probably keep it. This makes two in a row that do not fit the frame they
were advertised to fit.
BTW it didn;t look bad right out of the package, but I gave it a blast
of the Tough Stuff, wiped it down with a wet rag, and then a dry rag.
Let it dry overnight, and took the two photos. As the Chief said that
Tough Stuff is amazing. I could just see the grime boiling up out of
the leather. Tough Stuff is good stuff.
