IMO, if you are at all interested in gun LEATHER, you would be a fool not to have a copy of crazyphil's book. I received mine yesterday and was up until the wee hours going through it. My only issue is that I waited as long as I did to order it!

The quality of authorship on our forum about holsters alone is astounding. I got Phil’s book then shortly thereafter Holstery from Red Nichols and John Witty. Both are simply amazing works.

I had asked Mr. Nichols some questions about the development of holsters and he referred me to another outstanding book—Packing Iron. It is hard to find but well worth the investment.

I think I have the three finest books ever written on gun leather.

I should get it, I have been gunning for 45 years , I`am a holster junkie . Newer stuff , older , vintage , GI shoulder rigs . I want the book now .
