Greetings!

The Adaptive Defensive Shooting Summit was more than generous (again) this year! Not only did I place as High Senior, I also left with another Sig (P365). This now means that I have to look for a new holster, since I had considered purchasing one.

I am looking at the Alien Gear Shape Shifter 4.0, with the appeal resting in the fact that it has interchangeable shells to accommodate either different pistols, or (soon) different configurations of a given pistol.

Since I have never owned an Alien Gear holster before, I am seeking owner opinions and impressions.

As always, thanks in advance for your help!

While I don’t have that specific holster, I’ve owned an Alien Gear Cloak Tuck for years. Outside of the plastic clips needing to be tightened down every once in awhile (loctite, I know), I’ve been happy with it.

I started out with Alien Gear Tuck but later ordered a holster from Foxx. very similar but has strong grommets rather than the many that Alien Gear has. This holster fits my .40SW Shield with a laser very well. I don't necessarily practice with the laser sight but use a laser cartridge. this holster is very comfortable and doesn't need continual adjustment and tightening. Holds to the belt very well. Might check it out.
