Smile I know this isn't a normal carry rig.....

But I just love my 4" 627PS. I've always gravitated towards larger sidearms for service and concealed carry. I'm looking for recommendation for a good quality IWB CCW holster. Strong side, right hand, leather, with or without thumb snap. I guess I really do prefer retention. I carried 5" govt models for years in a Bianchi Pistol Pocket and really liked the design, so i guess something like that is what I've in mind. Any help, recommendation, castigation, or insight would be appreciated. And for kicks, i'm also in the market for some moon clip holders to go on the belt in front of the holster. Thank you in advance.

Kramer makes great holsters. They don't do thumb breaks though.

There are a lot of holster makers out there though. I don't normally feel that IWB needs one personally, but your needs and wants are what need to be addressed here.

Many of the forums out there have in a holster sub forum, a thread somewhere or permanent thread about holster makers and you can find any number that make a 4" N Frame holster with your preferences.
Picture threads of holsters are great so that you can see various makers and they usually say who made them.

If you contact Kramer they might do thumb snap. They have done custom stuff for me (extra cost). They are great to deal with and they actually answer the phone !!
