Creative concealed carry leather
What is your creative solution for concealed carry? For the moment I’ve settled on a Ruger LCP in a custom pouch dressed up a little. I carry my LCP 1st gen in a pocket holster and a spare mag in this pouch on my belt. I had a local guy fabricate the pouch and found the peace patch on Amazon. I thought the word “Love” was appropriate for the contents and the fact that I’m a long haired old guy from the hippy generation.
Show your CREATIVE solution to concealed carry.

How do I carry a full size Colt Gold Cup 1911 .45 ACP? On the left.
In a Milt Sparks Summer Special 2nd from left.

No great creativity for me. About 60% - 70% of the time my Sig P365 sits in a DeSantis Nemesis pocket holster and a spare magazine in my other front pocket.
The remainder of the time I use a Kramer Leather Horse Hide OWB belt scabbard, a Kramer magazine pouch and a Kramer Horse Hide 1 1/4" belt. Once again, no new fangled methods there.
When I first started carrying concealed 45 years ago I tried carrying a 1911 Colt Gov't model. Tried several different methods, Milt Sparks summer special, OWB leather holsters and even a shoulder holster - - GAVE UP! For me there is no way I can carry a full sized 1911 all day. Felt like I was carrying an anchor and I had to hike my pants up every 5th step.

I'm not very creative. All of my carry holsters, pocket or otherwise, are quite standard.
Galco J frame Summer Special
Miscellaneous J frame leather:
Concealment Express kydex for a Walther CCP 9mm
Galco hybrid Mod TS662B outside
Galco hybrid Mod TS662B other side - same 9mm CCP
My point being that I don't use creativity, I use what smarter folks have created!

My most creative isn't very creative. It's a fanny pack designed for concealed carry. It has my 469 with a spare mag.

Not trying to be critical but!
My first thought upon viewing your lovely little pouch there was that between the pouch covering the entire pistol and the pocket holster as well, it would be next to impossible to get a firing grip on the gun in an emergency.

Most "creative" carry options make for a gun that is hard to access.
I'll stick to OWB, and pocket holsters.

I use a Braid's OWB holster for J-Frame revolver. Pictured here with a 638-3. Holds the revolver securely and fits close to body. All I need to conceal it is a T-shirt.
For the Glock 42, it's a Bianchi #57 OWB holster.

.38SuperMan your pouch is very creative and I doubt few would guess you have a Ruger LCP and a spare mag in the leather pouch. The "love" patch is a nice finishing touch. Wearing a tie-dye t-shirt and bell bottom jeans who would think you were packing. Just need a belt with a peace symbol buckle to complete the hippie look.

Cheap but practical, I carry a SIG P220 in a Kydex Blade-Tech IWB holster. Over the years, Blade-Tech has improved their design, with balanced retention and rounded corners. It doesn't need to be fancy. The only person likely to see it is a cop or bad guy.

Depending on what I’m carrying I use several different solutions. I carry my Smith 640 no dash in a nice compact leather Fanny pack and sometimes carry my LCPin a nylon belt pouch with my cellphone in a second front pouch. When carrying my Shield 2.0 I use a Nylon Fanny pack. The leather pouch with the V Love patch is what I carry when I travel. It’s comfortable on my belt when driving and I don’t need a shirt over it or jacket. I live in the south and hear and humidity can get pretty high in the summer so the less I have bro wear the better.
As to having the right look, I’m mid 70’s with 2’ long silver hair pulled back, old jeans, white beard and carry other items in an old gas mask bag with a peace symbol on it. I’m missing the shirt but can take care of that.
Peace!
Edit:
I was hoping to see some original pouches or bags rather than commercial holsters but if they work for you then that’s all that counts.

This time of year, I usually wear a Barranti-Myres Barton Special cross-draw, with a Lightweight Commander Super 38.
Normally wearing a v-neck tee shirt tucked in and a long sleeve seersucker shirt over it untucked and buttoned only at the bottom.

Not very creative, but it's what I have carried 90-95% of the time for the past 15+ years. SA Micro Compact .45acp 1911 in an original first generation Blade-tech kydex IWB copy of the summer special. Kydex clip-on individual mag pouches are from Kytex Shooting Gear. Simple, very low profile, easy on/off yet very secure.

"Solution" suggests there's a problem that needs solving.
OWB, cross-draw, light cover shirt seems to work for me.

Most creative holster I've ever seen, really "grips" the gun.

This should do.
Actually I have the perfect belt buckle. It’s one of the original Freedom Arms brass buckles that my 22 revolver. I bought it back in the early 80’s along with the tiny revolver and a leather holster. I bought a spare cylinder and glued 22 bullets in it to look like is loaded. I kept the original cylinder intact and shoot it from time to time.
A few years ago I had it out shooting it at the range and the front sight flew off. I found it and kept it thinking I’d get someone to silver solder it back on. Last year I ran across it and posted a comment and photos and found Freedom Arms has a lifetime warranty. I decided to call them to see if they could fix it. The lady that answered the phone said if I had the original receipt it would be covered and repaired free. Don of a “gun”, I found the receipt and shipped it of through my dealer. A few months later I had it back with a new sight and in new condition.
I decided recently I’m going to start wearing it again but this time with live ammo, just in case I’m attacked by mosquitos 😁.

This is hardly concealed but I think Freedom Arms was pretty creative. I bought this in 1982 as a novelty and bought a spare cylinder I put dummy rounds in and wore it occasionally. I’m thinking of resurrecting it and wearing it again but with live ammo. Not really practical but they’re pretty high on the scale of cool toys.
It’s amazing how accurate it is at 7 yards. It’s certainly no target gun but could put the hurt on a bad guy. I did a little research on different loads and some rounds will click at 800fps and more. I think I used to load it with Stingers and would like to see what they clock at.

Does an Uncle Mike's fanny pack count? I'll sometimes wear it while on the bicycle. It's big enough to carry a 1911 or a K frame.

I think I have 3 fanny packs that I use depending on what I’m carrying. None are specifically for guns but all work just fine. I have a nice small leather pack that my 640 no dash fits in just perfect and that’s the one I carry most often when I’m carrying a J frame.
I’m thinking of carrying my Colt Cobra for a while and need to come up with a belt pouch or similar to carry it in. There’s another shooter locally that makes concealed carry gear so I’m going to talk to him about his recommendation.
The Cobra is one of the new ones with a 2” barrel and is between a J and K frame. It’s not big but not small either. I’m sure he’ll have a good solution.
I like the vest idea. I wear vests most of the winter but summers are way too hot. Excellent idea and great looking vest!
