George Lawrence Model 122
Cool old George Lawrence, size 543 is 4” K frame according to the old fit charts. This one is a 2” K frame. The flower carving from George Lawrence is the best in my opinion, and has the laced welt. Really happy to have snagged this one.

Very nice!
I have not seen many floral carved Geo Lawrences... I tend to associate Lawrence with very nicely made, unworked, smooth leather holsters. Were they, floral carved, offered throughout the company's history?

Yes, flower carved holsters were always an option from George Lawrence. Heiser called it “Mexican carving”. In my humble opinion George Lawrence had the best, Heiser and Myres were second. I do have one Rabensburg Brill that has really nice flower carving.

Myres flower carved for 2” K frame.
Two Rabensburg Brills, one flower carved for 6” k frame.
Heiser for 5” n frame.

Glad you got that one, Tim. I agree that Lawrence carving is great but I have a hard time picking between them and Myres and Heiser.
Regards,

Great pick up! I have a soft spot for snubby gun holsters, especially floral carved ones.
