Default Sam Cook?

There are three versions of speed holsters like this in Holstory, but none quite like this. Red identifies Clark, Bianchi and mentions many copied it. So, who was making in Monrovia? Who was making for Sam Cook? Who was Sam Cook? N frame 4"

It's all spelled out for you on the backside of your holster :-). Sam Cook was a uniform store and the holster was made with its name on it by Safety Speed of Montebello. The style was made by all except Bianchi and Safariland; so Clark was the first and others like Brauer and even Hunter etc. made it.

Wow...once again, I learned something here. Had someone else asked me earlier, I would have said that Sam Cook was the guy that sang "Chain Gang"!

Holster was made by Safety Speed Holster, Montebello, CA., for Sam Cook Uniforms.

Is Sam Cook any relation to Sam Browne. If I remember correctly he made some uniforms too

Not sure about that good looking holster, but Sam Cook(e) was one of the finest soul singers that ever lived…
