Who makes holsters that would fit an M&P 9C with the green laser
guard?

Check out Urban carry, I just checked and they make holster for lasers. I have 3-4 of their holsters and love them. Very comfortable. I have 1 for a Dot sight and several with an extra mag. Very good quality.

I needed one for my Shield with the factory installed CT light and green laser. Crossbreed was the only place that I could find one and it's a IWB.

Works great.
