This is one I had traded for last year with the intent of being my knock-about woods-shooter gun. I simply haven't been able to bring myself to pack this when I venture out because in my mind it is too nice for the intended task. I has virtually no significant wear aside from some thinning at the muzzle and there is barely a turn line. Someone tried to highlight the front sight ramp with what looks like a crayon and I haven't had the time to get it all out so some does remain. The diamond magnas are numbered 115766 but are extraordinarily nice and match the finish nicely.
I've fired a box of 158 grain Federals through this though it doesn't appear to have been through too many more than that. There is very minor flame cutting and the bore is 100% shiny as are the charge holes. Super smooth action on this one as has been my experience with most from this era
I've tried to get as many good pics as I could and I would be happy to take more. My camera doesn't do great close-ups but I will do my best to capture anything additional.
I will take $700 shipped. I would also be interested in trading for the following with a four inch barrel:
629-4
29-2
58
657
57
I won't consider guns with MIM parts or new models with the internal lock.
