Item 1 is a used Smith & Wesson M&P40. I would classify it as around 90% if I had to put a number on it but I really hate that system. It has a little bit of holster wear on the slide sides, but nothing bad. There is some scuffing on the polymer frame on the left side, just about where a right-handed shooter's thumb would rest.
I can't give a fair round count estimate because it was used when I got it and I didn't ask. I personally have put about 500-750 rounds through it with no hiccups at all. Its 100% reliable.
The gun comes with the original case and paperwork, five (5) full capacity magazines, and night sights. The gun does not have the internal lock or the magazine safety.
The price is $440, plus shipping of $30. Your FFL dealer MUST accept incoming shipments from non-FFL holder individuals.
