I've decided to consolidate calibers a bit and let my two .38 S&W revolvers go.

SOLD First is a S&W .38 Double Action 4th Model, blued with a 5" barrel. Very little of the original blue remains. The bore and chambers are in excellent shape. The top latch is solid, and the cylinder times correctly with a few thousandths of endshake and rotational play at full-lockup. The main down-side to this revolver is that the hammer doesn't stay cocked for single-action shooting. Serial # 5050xx. SOLD

SPF Second is a S&W .38 Double Action Perfected Model, blued with a 4" barrel. Again, very little of the original blue remains. The bore and chambers are in excellent shape. The top latch has a little bit of play. The cylinder times correctly, with a few thousandths of endshake and rotational play at full-lockup. Both the single-action and double-action functions work on this gun. Serial # 108xx.

I'd like to sell this gun for $275 shipped. SPF

SPF Since I'm getting out of .38 S&W, I would also like to sell my Lee .38 S&W 3-die set, 100pcs of Starline .38 S&W brass, and 200 Missouri Bullet Co. cast 145gr .361"-diameter lead round-nose .38S&W bullets for $50 (+ $5 to ship). I would prefer to sell the gun before the reloading stuff. SPF
