The CS9 is the black finish it comes with the oringinal box and paperwork 2 magazines and a leather iwb holster, I value it at 475.00 plus shipping.

The 3954 comes with 2 magazines and a Bladetec UCH holster, I value it at 450.00 plus shipping.
