it is a rem made, like very recent made. the 2012 guns are better then the 2008 to 10 or 11. they definatly had their stuff together with this gun now. it functions perfectly with even the worst junk ammo. very, very accurate. you will not be disappointed. local pa guys/gals are welcome to shoot this gun before purchase.
