I have a 95% plus Smith and Wesson 686-6, 6-shot, 357 magnum, 4 inch barrel. The revolver is all factory, with factory rubber grips, factory ramp front sight, etc. This revolver has around 500 rds of 357/38 rounds through her. She has never been carried, etc, rather she was just a range queen.
Please note, the internal safety lock has been deactivated by removing the "flag" and leaving the rest of the assembly in place (lock above the cylinder release). This is a common modification that guarantees the gun will never accidently "lock" while firing. This in no way impacts the mechanics of the gun, rather it makes sure the mechanics of the gun will always work. A quick google search provides additional information. Its the same concept as removing the "J lock" on the bolt of a Remington 700 rifle.
The gun will ship in factory original SW blue hardcase with all appropriate manuals/paperwork. I require payment by paypal gift (or you pay fees) or by USPS money order. Once your FFL information is received, my FFL will ship via USPS Priority. Any questions, just ask.
