Default FS: M-38 flat latch (MI)

Very nice cond. flat latch M-38. overall id say 95-96%. times right, locks up well, bore great. looks to me hardly fired. asking $400. will ship Priority mail to FFL / C&R holder. asking $400 first to say "i will take it" and send follow up PM please. questions , PM please. thanks, Phil
