I'm adding an ANIB NOS Model 18-2 complete, as new in the box, with the original stocks, unopened tools, and all the paperwork with which it left the factory. The serial number is K757978, which dates the revolver to 1967.
THE PRICE FOR THIS BEAUTY HAS BEEN SLASHED TO $1,000 in addition to the actual cost of insured shipping to your C&R 03 or 01 FFL licensee.
THIS IS THE FINAL PRICE REDUCTION AND THE GUN WILL BE WITHDRAWN IF NOT SOLD BEFORE FRIDAY MIDNIGHT EDT (TOMORROW). A newer 18-2 in not as pristine condition as this one just sold on a popular auction site for $1,227.00. All Forum rules and all Federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The first "I'll take it" followed by a PM confirming your commitment to buy the gun, gets the gun. Please feel free to PM me with any questions.
Up for sale is an exquisite Model 631, in stainless steel, with a 4-inch barrel, and a round butt frame. The serial number is BEZ3253. This is a relatively rare revolver. According to the SCSW, the Model 631s were offered in 1990 only, in three versions: 2-inch, 2-inch Lady Smith, and 4-inch. Total production was 5,474, with only 190 of the regular 2-inch version. How many of the remaining 5,284 were 2-inch Lady Smiths and how many were 4-inch revolvers is not specified. A special run of the 4-inch version (40 total) was also made in 1998.
The revolver is complete and nearly new in the box numbered to the gun and comes with the original unopened tool set and all of the paperwork with which the revolver was originally furnished. All six chambers evidence having been fired, but close inspection reveals that the revolver has not been fired much.
THE PRICE WAS $1,950.00 BUT WAS REDUCED TO $1,750.00 AND NOW TO $1,650.00 plus the actual cost of insured shipping to your FFL.
