I live in MD, always prefer local or nearby transactions, and when possible like to hand deliver items to buyers and FFLs, where it is legal and ok with your FFL.
If you're local and don't have an FFL, I can recommend one in Rockville, MD.
I have a Type 03 C&R FFL
I accept various forms of payment, including personal and bank checks.
I have excellent transaction feedback on a number of sites, such as AR15.com, under the name MG-70.
Shipping will be via USPS. Handguns will be shipped by an FFL in a fixed rate box. Ever since the USPS took a dive, the online estimates for shipping have always been less than the counter estimates.

HK USP .45 Auto V1. Police trade-in, V1 version of the USP (cocked and locked with the lever all the way up, and decocker with the lever all the way down). Signs of wear on the magazine well and lower right side grip (probably from holster), night sights long dead. Great ergonomics, reliable, durable, proven design, whose grip in my opinion fits even medium to smallish hands. It shot it well on the few times I took it to the range. Comes with two used factory 12 round "zipper-back" magazines that are stamped Restricted for Law Enforcement and Gov't Use and dated 10-94 (one seems to have an epoxy finish over the factory finish). If the buyer is from MD, I can transfer the mags at a nearby state border where it is legal. No factory case or paperwork, sorry.

$750 with two used factory 12rd mags + Shipping

SigSauer P226R .40S&W with the DAK (Double Action Kellerman) trigger and German manufactured frame. Police trade-in, in Excellent condition, minor finish wear on the edges and on the very top rear of the beavertail/backstrap. I fired approx. 50 rounds, cleaned and stored it. I've read that the DAK trigger can be converted to traditional Double Action/Single Action with drop-in parts available online. When I bought it in the nanny state of Maryland, it did not come with any magazines. If the buyer is from MD, I can transfer the two used factory mags at a nearby state border where it is legal. No factory case or paperwork, sorry.

Magnum Research "Desert Eagle Pistol," 9X19 caliber, Double-Action/Single-Action, frame-mounted safety version of the all-metal, no accessory rail, Israeli Jericho 941 pistol that shared a lot of the internal parts with the Italian Tanfoglio CZ clones. It's an Israeli manufactured and surplused pistol based on the CZ 75 design and this one was originally imported by Magnum Research in Minneapolis, MN. Night sights are obviously dead, there's wear on the epoxy finish that was applied over the original finish (my Israeli HP35 came the same way; it must be Israel's version of Suncorite), and it comes with the new IMI grips pictured. The barrel is supposed to be forged, it has polygonal rifling, and it is chrome lined. Very little recoil due to the excellent ergonomics and heavy weight and it shot well for me on the few times I took it to the range. When I bought it in the nanny state of Maryland, it did not come with any magazines. If the buyer is from MD, I can transfer the like new Mec-Gar Tanfoglio small frame mags at a nearby state border where it is legal. No factory case or paperwork, sorry.

$550 with two Mec-Gar 16rd mags + Shipping

Mosin Nagant 91-30 7.62X54R. 1944 Izhvesk PU Russian Sniper Rifle imported by I.O. Inc., Monroe N.C. On the rear left of the receiver it's marked KO-91/30 Made in Russia 7,62X54R which I believe is the marking for Molot, the Russian arms exporter. If I recall, it was said these were refurbished in the Ukraine to be sold in the US civilian market. There's a 3-digit number that matches on barrel shank top, side of bolt, floorplate, and buttplate, and there's a 6-digit number that matches on the barrel shank side, top rear body of the scope, and etched on the lower side of the scope mount. It includes cleaning rod, leather scope lens cover, canvas cover for the scope and mount, sling, and double pouch with oiler, and tool kit with cleaning rod handle, muzzle guide, and firing pin protrusion gauge. The bore looks surprisingly sharp for a wartime rifle. The reticle looks like it was painted with a horse's tail. The stock fits well but the cut-out for the scope base is not finished, making it a replacement. Comes in exporter's cardbox box which has seen better days.

$1700 + Shipping

Remington Model 40-X 22 Long Rifle U.S.-marked CMP rifle in Excellent condition. Bolt is etched with a different number, which is common with these. The wood was conditioned with boiled linseed oil and is in exceptional condition and the bluing is excellent with the worst finish wear concentrated on the muzzle. The bore is nice and sharp and it shot very well on the few times I took it to the range. Everything is in good working order, down to the white outline rubber buttpad. Included are additional Redfield Palma rear sight with one diopter/peep and a Redfield International Match front sight with one post insert (neither of which I used). Comes with everything it came with from the CMP, including box, sight blocks (in plastic bag in picture), chamber flag, manual, and a shipping checklist erroneously marked Rem 541. NOTE, the picatinny scope mount, rings, and scope in the pictures are NOT included.

$1650 + Shipping (SCOPE, MOUNT, RINGS SOLD SEPARATELY)

Sig 556 NATO, Sig Sauer Inc., Exeter, NH, USA
Serial #JS01839X, where X is a number. Early sample rifle in Excellent+ condition. The Israeli made cheap-looking furniture, including fish gill handguard and plastic receiver extension (aka buffer tube) are long gone and have been replaced with Swiss handguards (easily removable black silicone was added to further reduce vibration), a Magpul MOE buttstock, and an aluminum M4 style receiver extension. In addition, a quality Samson folding front sight, that works with any US milspec-height rear sight mounted to the picatinny rail, and a KNS captive front sight pin have been added. Comes with the factory plastic case, the original front sight (that doesn't work with US milspec rear sights mounted to the factory rail), original (non-captive) pivot pin, one factory magazine (where allowed), a chamber flag, cable lock, and the manual. This is a very interesting gas piston design with upgraded aftermarket parts in a condition that is close to New.

German 1903 Mauser rifle that was reworked, or rebuilt, in Turkey in 1938 to fit what is commonly known as the "Turkish Model 1938 pattern," 8mm (8X57 Mauser) caliber. Receiver stamped "TC ASFA ANKARA 1938." Century Arms International, the importer, stamped Germany as place of origin. Matching serial number on receiver and rear sight, and lots of stamps and markings on the metal and stock. The bolt stop extends into the stripper clip guide and the bolt knob is teardrop-shaped; both cool features. Cleaning rod is bent. Nice, strong, bore; better than other Turks I have seen. Shot well with Turkish surplus ammo. Nice, solid stock, one small splice on the left side. Rifle has been cleaned and wood conditioned with boiled linseed oil. Includes cleaning rod. It does have the usual dings, dents, and wear that give these rifles character and allows us to shoot them without feeling bad about it. For those who don't know, this pattern Turkish Mauser has a heavier contour barrel than most milsurp rifles and often make nice shooters. ***I may have the bayonet and scabbard for an extra cost; let me know if interested and I'll look for it.

Turkish (Mauser pattern) Model 1938 pattern rifle in 8mm (8x57 Mauser) built in 1940. Stamped "TC ASFA ANKARA 1940," and imported by Century Arms International. Receiver and rear sight have matching serial numbers and the rest appears to be mismatched, which is pretty much the norm for these. The bore is strong, the stock has the stacking swivel, cleaning rod, and the wood looks nice. This rifle has not been thoroughly cleaned and reconditioned, but the stock has nice striping that should show well with boiled linseed oil. It's a used, issued, rifle, so expect the usual dings, dents, etc. This pattern Turkish Mauser has a heavier contour barrel than most milsurp rifles and often make nice shooters.***I may have the bayonet and scabbard for an extra cost; let me know if interested and I'll look for it..

Zastava M85NP 5.56X45mm Pistol
Like New condition and it takes AR-15 magazines! I never fired it and was sold to me as never having been fired, but it was, possibly test fired by the factory. This is a factory-built gun, not a parts gun assembled in the US. It still has that preservative grease smell that some of you may be familiar with. I did wipe the white metal parts and exterior with an oil-soaked patch. Serial Numbers on the receiver, bolt carrier, bolt, and 4 digit assembly parts number on the recoil spring guide assembly. The muzzle device is not welded. Since I live in a nanny state, no mags were shipped to me and none will be included with it. Just the gun and the factory box that the previous owner used for shipping, so it is in fair condition and covered with shipping tape. I will be posting a SB Tactical BA-AK brace adapter (NO Brace) for sale elsewhere on the site.

20" chrome-lined Hbar AR-15
Used Bushmaster upper from the original company in Maine. 20" 5.56 1/9 twist Hbar upper receiver (including Bushmaster bolt carrier group, charging handle, detachable carry handle with A2 sight, and handguards similar to the A2 Colts) in Excellent condition with chrome lined barrel that was sent out to be threaded the standard 1/2X28 threads and an A2 Flash Hider installed (no threads from factory because it was made during the ban). This one grouped well even with the cheaper brass cased 55 grain factory ammo. New, never fired, Anderson Manufacturing lower receiver, M4 style stock ("style" because there's an additional QD socket on the Colt CSR rifle stock, P&S Cage Code 4U486), Armaspec takedown and pivot pins, regular carbine buffer and spring, and endplate with sling loops. Note, there are some threads where the receiver extension, aka buffer tube, screws into that have a clear finish and are not black (since this is aesthetic and out of sight I didn't bother to request an exchange). NO magazine, no factory box or paperwork, sorry.

***03/09/24 SOLD on other site*** $600 + Shipping

Black Creek Precision EF9 9mm Colt Pattern (magazine pattern) lower receiver, New, never assembled and bought as a receiver. 7075-T6 Forged, Milspec anodized. Includes: Ejector, Follower, Feed Ramp, 6-32 Detent Set Screw, Upper Receiver Tensioning Screw, and Bolt Catch Dog Leg Set Screw. It was bought as a Blem because once installed the selector pointer is slightly off center. In taking pics I noticed there are two tiny specs on the top edge of where the grip attaches missing the black finish (it was in bubble wrap all along, so it came that way). Attached is a pic of a similar, assembled, upper bought on the same order, showing the minor misalignment of the selector tip.

BTT...I finally have some time to get back to these. New items were added on top of the post, and some of the prices on the existing items were adjusted.

Thanks for looking!
