For sale or for trade a Gold Cup National Match Super Elite chambered in .38 Super, part of the Elite Gold Cup series, a special edition contracted by AcuSport in the 1980s. The Elite pistols were produced in .45, 9mm and .38 Super, with limited production. I was have not been able to confirm how many Super Elites were produced. However based on some auction it appears less than 1,000.
Based on this auction. This example is in Fine-Excellent condition and does include a Colt box, however the box does not have any writing on the serial. The previous owner told me that is how he received however, I think it was probably added after it shipped from the factory. So it is not the original box. Regardless though the Pistol is a true work of art and beautiful. I have seen very few of these sell and the last couple I saw brought between $3,600.00-$6300.00 which was just the hammer price not the "out the door price," which would be higher. I think that seems a little high so I will start with what I would think is reasonable for the both of us. If you do not agree send me an offer.
