Default SOLD: Ruger GP100 Royal Phoenix and S&W Model 67 No Dash

BOTH GUNS SOLD.

1) SOLD: Ruger GP100 Royal Phoenix. DOB 2010 or so. $875 $775,* shipped and insured. I believe it to be unfired. Has a turn line, of course. Excellent condition.*

Originally came with a Hogue pau ferro finger grooved mono grip, but since I don't care for finger grooves I replaced with Altamont walnut targets. (Same choice Turnbull offered as an option on their case colored GP100s.)

From a one-time Lipsey's special run of 658. (I doubt many remain in this condition.) Came about when some Lipsey's execs were standing around admiring a royal blue Python and someone said, "What if we..."

What appealed to me when I bought it was the incongruity of a gun built like a tank being treated to an exquisitely beautiful, high polish blued finish.

Check out the reflection of the cylinder in the mirror like finish:

Comes with box and docs:

This Ruger also has a truly exceptional trigger. Google the model and you will find that in addition to many believing it to be the most beautiful Ruger ever, the trigger is truly outstanding, surely because of the highly polished trigger and hammer. I have several Grant Cunningham tuned Colts and Smiths so know what a great trigger feels like.

This gun has a great trigger.

*A sharp-eyed prospective buyer this AM noticed a scratch on the cylinder in the first photo, one that I had not seen. I also noticed another when examining the photo blown up. Visible if the light hits it in a certain way. Full disclosure:

2) SOLD: Model 67 no dash. Excellent condition, bright stainless, as shown below. $750 $650 $600, shipped and insured. Includes custom holster shown below by forum member Snubbyfan.

Imported back to US from Germany, and recently overhauled and restored to factory spec by forum member and gunsmith BMCM.

I've only put 50 rounds through it since then, acquiring it last year. It's a great shooter, but I'm letting it go to help fund other acquisitions.

Please follow all forum rules.
