My hats off to Joe Wilson for having the kahonna's to say what he said last night at the Presidental Speach. Right or wrong according to protocol in Washington the words "you lie" should be told to more than just BHO. Seems like he was the only one there last night willing to tell the truth, to bad he'll be raked over the coals for speaking his mind and the feelings of the people he represents.

Sorry Tex, I don't know the answer to your question. I really don't know about Joe and his politics except for last night. I can tell you that I got one of those recorded phone messages at lunch time from my congressman P. Roskum wanting to know my views on the health care reform. All I said was "same as Joe". Mr. Wilson may be the same one you speak of, don't know, all I can say is Joe spoke my feelings exactly last night about the healthcare plan and BHO. I'm not backing anything else he does without knowing the man but knee jerk reactions and responces usually hold a lot of truth in them.

Of course he could say, with a straight face, that illegals would not be covered under this plan. The plan would not take effect until 2014, and He stated in Mexico a short time ago that immigration reform would be passed in His first term. Meaning, amnesty, no more illegals because they are all citizens, meaning no illegals would need to receive health care.

Maybe we can trade them like baseball cards when we were kids? Trade ya 2 Daley's and a Blagoyavich for a Mr Wilson.

Joe Wilson was not only rude, he was wrong. Check your facts, the bill in question, H.R 3200 explicitly prohibits coverage for illegal aliens. Wilson made a complete and utter fool of himself and embarrassed his party.

Correct, and if the Great One gives them all amnesty before the bill takes effect..........bingo they are citizens and he won't be giving "illegals" coverage. The bill takes effect in 2014.

He may get kudos from the Right but he made an *** of himself and alienated independents even further. Pretty soon Repubs will be down to a handful of guys hanging out at Joe the Plumbers house wondering why they can't win elections like they used to.
