I bought it ...
We agreed on $30. He will deliver it tomorrow.
As long as it isn't a total pile of rust I will do OK. If not, well I have wasted more money on other things in the past. I think I made a good gamble on this one.

I figure a barrel that I will cut at 18 1/2" for home defense, a stock and fore end that can probably be sold for a few bucks, and possibly a decent trigger group. I do NOT plan to even try to fix it.

Got It!
Has 28" Modified Vent Rib barrel. Some minor rust, but no pitting. Will be cutting at 20" just past a pillar support for the rib.
Stock and Fore End in pretty good shape. Few minor dings.
NO trigger group.
I am happy.
