Default To polish or not to polish

As many of you know i've been on a polishing kick lately and for the most part with good reason. Most of guns i bought 3 weeks ago were pretty beat up and with a little tlc i've made them look alot better. So i'm sitting at the work bench and pondering what to do with my lnib 6906,it's not beat by any means. My right hand wants to leave it like it is but my left hand wants to start sanding and polishing, what would ya'll do.Btw the Glocks are in the pic to show much better the Smiths look.

Do S&W autos have collector value? Other than a 52 maybe.

JamesArthur60, what did you use for the final polish on yours?

The 645 is in my opinion one of the "prettiest" .45's I've ever seen. I had one and in a fit of madness sold it. Smith autos are for the most part prized as carry guns, with no particular collectability value yet. The 645 like a lot of the Smith autos has the "trigger guard finger hook". Kinda like Marilyn Monroe with a Jimmy Durante schnoz.
