Which host to use for pics selling things on the web?

At least tell which ones have favorable usage. The one I have used for years has so many ads now it is just too slow. Guess paying would make
those go away, or would they? Any comments? I would hate to pay and the ads persist.

Photobucket is great, and if you pay a little you get more.... its worth it. Try it for free first .....

I've used Welcome to Flickr - Photo Sharing for some time - its free, reasonably fast, and has no intrusive ads.

You have multiple options for how to post the link. When I post a picture here, I post the <img> capable links and they show up here just fine.

I'm on the free membership and have over 1000 pictures hosted.
