My freind has a pair of these. We were out shootin' the other day and he brought one. I think he only shoots one of them. This is one slick pistol. It never jammed on those .357 rims. I'm not a big fan of autoloaders but I like this one. It is extremely comfortable in the hand even though it has a longer trigger reach than a 1911. And I really like the simple straight angles of the frame and grips. Does anyone here have one of these or know someone who does?
Here's a picture of one if anyone wants to see what they look like. http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl...a=G&rlz=1T4ADBF_enUS304US305&gbv=2&tbs=isch:1

Wyatt, my brother has one. Stainless steel I think. Anyway, he is one of those guys that loves anything that will launch a bullet. No theme in his acquisitions. I like it, I want it, and he gets it.His was a pawn shop rescue and he had to do a few things to get it right, but he loves it and says it is one accurate autoloader. Never had the desire myself.

I have shot one with 3 mags full and it is a great shooting gun. It is darn accurate and darn loud but recoil is not bad at all for a large SS gun that it is.

They are now making them again here in MN.

Only one I ever saw was used by a BG to shoot one of his "Buds".
one shot and the weapon jammed. "Bud" was dead and Buddy threw down the Coogan .357 and ran. Somewhat of an expensive "Throw-Down".

Several years ago, the TV show Hunter was a series about a couple cops in California. The guy in the lead role used a Coonan. Very cool pistol. The other cop, Dee Dee, was also very cool...
