New year, new projects.
Myriad issues...mostly cosmetic, but a few that are in need of rebuilds. On the upside, we've got a repair class this go-around that ought to get most of them checked off the list.
Nothing like a full dance card.

Do they assign your projects or do you get to work on your own? Tell us about this fine institution of learning, inquiring minds want to know.
Thanks

A little of both, but not until you've survived two semester of bench metal and machine work. For repairs you can work on your own but you're also expected to show some variety. I've got two assigned to me (not pictured) plus all the stuff I brought up.
Should you feel so inclined to take a crack at it, this is the program at Murray State in Tishomingo, OK.
I started a thread about it last year before I got swamped with earlier projects.

Quite a variety, guess you got your bases covered.
Tishomingo sounds like an Elmore Leonard story.
Apologies for the drift.

John, New year, New projects?
I'm not sure if you're 9 months late or already projecting for 2015.
If you're looking at 2015, I'm guessing you have OCD.
If you're catching up to 2014, welcome to my world.

Reminds me of the old story about slow gun smiths. Seems as though a 7 YO kid took his BB gun in for repair & got it back in time for his 21st birthday.

And I'll take the M1 and Thompson. BTW, are these school guns or your own?

Those are mine. I've got two that I've been assigned (another Thompson and a small topbreak .32) but I wasn't sure it was appropriate putting up pictures of customers' guns.
...I've still got probably half a dozen I'll bring up later.
