Help!! Shiping match ammo from Canada to Stockholm.

Greetings all. As the title suggests I need to find a way to transport my match ammo from Canada to Stockholm. I am competing in the 2011 World PPC champs. The airline (United) has a strict policy about the amount of ammo I can carry (11 lbs). I will be needing about 32 lbs for practise and matches.
Any ideas on ways to shipÉ
