What is the source of France's Air Force? Are they in U.S. planes? Do you think it will become a ground war? From what I've heard France is the main force behind the effort to compel change of G'ment in Libya. What troops does the "Arab League have"? No politics intended just intrested in armarment and where the conflict will go. Sorry if this is discussed in a post I've overlooked.

The Arab Leagues Army is, potentially, huge. How much will be dedicated to the Libya mess is just not guessable.

French aircraft are capable, for sure; however, they haven't had much real world practice. French weaponry is typical European and, again, capable.

112 American and British Tomahawks have started the "softening up" activity and the French flyers have downed at least three Libyan aircraft.

The French have some excellent arms. I believe the Exocet missile was French and it is a very good ship killer.
