IWB Belt Loops
Good Morning:
Trying a IWB Holster that has "Snap" belt loops. One of the snaps keeps poping open. Any ideas on a "fix"?

Jimmy you might try putting the male side of the snap on a hard surface and then place something (piece of wood, metal) over the top side and hit it with a hammer. You're trying to knock it down just a little to enlarge the diameter. Take it slow and try it as you go.
Someone else may know a better way but that's what I'd try.

Jimmy, it might be a one way snap...if so, they won't go on without coming at it from an angle...try coming from the bottom and snapping upward...

Walk around with one hand pulling your belt, holster and pants up gangsta style. Maybe start a new trend.

Hi:
Sipowicz:
The snaps are not "One Way".
Bamabiker:
Your suggestion didn't work.
OCD1:
I tried your suggestion until my Wife got me in a "Choke Hold."
I am now considering Super Glue.

Jimmy, Next time, spend an extra 9 bucks and get a 10 dollar holster...

Hi, Sipowicz:
I fully agree with you. Now I have to convince my wife Penny to increase my allowance.

The male part needs to be spread. A ball bearing or glass marble set in the recess and tapped with a hammer will usually do it. If you choose a marble, put a rag over it in case the glass shatters (but they are surprisingly tough).
ETA: the difference between won't hold and won't fit is pretty small. Go slow.
