American flag baseball caps

I remember at one time that you could get a baseball cap that would have a pattern somewhere on it showing an American flag. My father once had a beautiful hat from Western Star once like that. Now, nothing. Oh sure you can get one that shows maybe a little flag stamped on it somewhere, but that's it. I want one because my son loves to look at the American flag. (It does the heart good to see an 18 month old boy look at it, point and hear the word "flag" come out). But I can't find one. I was hoping at least one gun company would have something, but not even they have anything. Most distressing.

If you ever go through Lexington, VA, stop at the Lee-Hi Truck Stop. Eat a wonderful meal in the restaurant, then buy a cap. They have lots of styles, and many have a flag motif. Plus, you'll have a gen-u-wine trucker cap.

And Kohls Dept stores usually have white ones with flag sewn on front.

Dave, I used to "show the flag" all the time on shirts, caps, jackets,decals for my dinner bucket ect. During a discussion on another forum, someone posted a link to "flag etiquette". According to that site, it's disrespectful to represent the flag on anything.

To me, dot 4 of etiquette says it is OK. I am always a member of some patriotic group wherever I go it seems.

I do not wear flag on everyday casual or athletic clothing.

I believe the key word is Respect.

You are looking for the wrong colors. Red white and green are all to easy to find.

Mexican flag. It's all the rage nowadays. Easier to find than the stars and stripes.

I'm just sayin'; It's easier to find a Mexican flag in a store these days than a US flag. Not right, not OK, just a fact, and a sign of the times.
