My all-time favorite hymn. When I'm out hunting ,fishing, or just knocking around outside, this one always comes to mind.

They sang it on the Women 's award show, It was very well done.
As much as I like both of them, I don't know if it was a proper forum for the song. Felt like I was in Church.

The are both Class so don't be beating me up for singing religious songs on a non religious program.

Yes, they are both class acts aren't they? I'm not sure there is a "wrong" place to express feelings like those two have so I can live with the venue deal.

Country and Western music and artists had their roots in spiritual gospel songs. What a great song to sing on that show. No wonder she got a standing ovation. Additionally, many in the audience had tears in their eyes because they were so moved by the old gospel song. I thought it was interesting that 4 of the 5 women on the show were from Oklahoma (2) and Texas (2).
