Nice website.
I've been able to examine quite a few Bowen S&W's through the years.
The man is an artist.

Thanks for the heads up. All those cylinders could tempt one into some very cool, but very expensive, projects! I always wanted a 9mmP cylinder for a Model 15...

Onomea, as I have said many times before, that picture of your Heavy-Duty has been very, very painful to my wallet. Arlo, your projects with the various artists are always stunning. I can't wait to see your DS. As always, all my very best, Joe.

I have had some gunsmithing work done by Bowen's and it is first rate. We only have one gunsmith here locally, and while he does a good job, Hamilton Bowen is far away a better one, and cheaper to boot.

And, he's generous with his knowledge and advice --- I'd posted an inquiry on the Ruger Forum asking how to resolve the conundrum of balancing the height of front and rear aftermarket sights on a K77/44. Mr. Bowen sent me a PM, explaining his resolution of the identical problem, and referring me to his article in a past edition of, I think, Guns, magazine. He then kindly gave me permission to publish, on-line, his comments on the matter. Master gunsmith, nice guy ...!
