Following in the vein of "not trying to be political" (but I really cain't heppit), and ibtl, the general tone of the Snopes article is to make the impression that, "Oh, this isn't something normal folks have to worry about, just the rich, greedy, capitalistic beasties who already have made enough money."

My point-
This will definitely go political.
Anyone who MIGHT make over a half million $$$ on a piece of property has already spoken to an accountant/tax attorney/financial advisor

OR

is mentally incompetent and cannot understand this thread anyway.
