Questions regarding new 2011 S&W catalog.

Maybe it's been out for awhile but I just saw the new catalog and noticed two things. In Pro-Series, the SW1911 comes in 9mm, two model designs, 10+1. That's great. But, I wasn't aware the new E-Series SW1911SC was made in Houlton, ME. Is that a new factory? Also, the new wood grips on specific autos say Ro Co. What does that mean?
